Committee Work Mechanisms:

  • Formulating the necessary executive mechanisms for the committee’s work.

  • Implementing the unit’s projects within the strategic plan.

  • Evaluating beneficiary satisfaction regarding the community service plan.

  • Preparing a community service improvement plan.

  • Coordinating with units and committees within the college according to each one’s responsibilities.

  • Performing all tasks assigned to the unit.

  • Preparing the operational plan for all community activities, defining responsibilities and timelines, with the participation of all program members according to specified templates, and continuously monitoring project implementation and tracking indicators.

  • Attracting ideas and initiatives and encouraging all program members to engage in community participation.

  • Organizing, documenting, and developing community service activities.

  • Evaluating the program’s participation in community service activities and events.

  • Preparing follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including an improvement plan for the following year.

  • Completing all tasks related to the committee, reviewing all referred matters, and submitting appropriate proposals.
